This clinic has been established for 15 years by Prof. Jerry Wu, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist . The mission of this clinic is to provide treatment with best possible effectiveness and highest possible safety.
Prof. Wu graduated from Beijing Medical University where he studied Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM ) as well. In China Prof. Wu used to be an Attending medical doctor, Lecturer and Associate Professor. In the US he worked as a Visiting Scholar, Research Associate, Postdoctoral fellow and Professor.
Prof. Wu integrates modern knowledge of TCM with its traditional theories. This enables his treatments on a scientific basis and thus significantly enhances the treatment results. Thousands of patients have been benefited from his science- based practice.
Prof. Wu, after having completed rotation as an Intern or a Resident doctor in many different clinic departments for 5 years, possessed abundant multifaceted knowledge and clinical experiences in the treatment of all kinds of diseases. But Prof. Wu has a deeper insight on eye disorders since he has focused in eye study, research, teaching and clinic for 40 years, both in China and US. Lots of miraculous results have been achieved. Many of his patients who are disappointed by their previous ineffective treatments or by no treatment offer at all from their previous doctors, got significant vision improvement in his clinic. When assimilating all the knowledge accumulated in past decades, Prof. Wu developed a herbal extract composition for the treatment of macular degeneration( MD). The composition conquers three major shortcomings of current most popular drugs ( VEGF inhibitors) and has been patented by China and US PTO. Many of his MD patients have realized the benefits from this herbal composition.
